New Campus - ECS Along the River
On Thursday, July 16, the ECS administration officially recommended the relocation of its Middle and High School programs to a new facility located at 743 Technology Drive (currently the Elmhurst Innovation Center) along the Monongahela River to the Board of Trustees. Transition to the new campus is anticipated to occur in advance of the 2027-2028 School Year.

July 14, 2026
Special Board Meeting and vote
The Board considered the recommendation at a special Board Meeting which was held on Tuesday, July 14 at 5:30 p.m. That meeting was recessed and continued Thursday, July 16 at 2:00 p.m. where the the Board of Trustees approved the relocation of the Middle and High School programs to the facility located at 743 Technology Drive (currently the Elmhurst Innovation Center).
2027-2028 School Year
Anticipated transition
According to the lease, ECS expects to take possession of the property in June of 2027 and open school at the new location in August of 2027.
