Arrival: Student arrival is between 8:00 and 8:20 AM.
Drop off will take place at the front entrance for both buses and cars - Staff will be present during arrival each day.
If a staff member is not present ...
Prior to 8 am please wait with your student until a staff member comes out - only the vestibule will be accessible.
After 8:20 am please park your car and walk your child into the building and sign them in.
Dismissal: Student dismissal is between 3:20 and 3:45 pm (Half Day is between 11:20 and 11:45 am)
Parent pick up takes place in the back on the blacktop - please wait there until your student’s class comes out - teachers will dismiss students one at a time by class.
The back gate will be closed at 3:45 pm (11:45 am) - all families are asked to leave the school grounds by that time. If you arrive after 3:45 pm (11:45 am) your student will be waiting in the office for you.
Early Dismissal
An early dismissal is when you pick up your student prior to the standard dismissal time (see above for times) and they do not plan on returning for the day (in the case that they will return, we consider this a “Leave and Return” see below for more details) . All early dismissals and transportation changes must be pre-arranged with the office prior to 2 pm. via PickUp Patrol (11 am on half days). Once at school, please sign your child out in the main office.
● Early dismissals will NOT take place after 2:50 pm.
● If you arrive after 2:50 pm. for an early dismissal, you will need to wait until your child is dismissed at their normal time.
Leave and Return - In the case that you would like to bring your student back to school after an early dismissal they are welcome to do so up until 2:50 pm. To let us know you will be returning please submit the change as a “Leave and Return” in Pick Up Patrol rather than an Early Dismissal.
