If they are successful in negotiating a lease for the Elmhurst Innovation Center, ECS will evaluate the possible uses of the Hamilton Avenue property and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.

Following initial conversations with the Board of Trustees, the ECS senior leadership team will begin negotiating a lease agreement which is expected to take several months.
